I joined Shapes in 2017, just after moving to London. Everyone in the community was so welcoming and the coaching was excellent. I was hooked.

8 years later, friends made, over 1100 classes completed, lots of personal bests, numerous debaucherous Shapesmiths parties…and I'm still enjoying the Shapes experience.

My CrossFit highlights at Shapes have to be the competitions with the awesome members and coaches. Sign me up for more!
