  • CROSSFIT: The foundation of everything we do.

    The CrossFit class is constantly varied, coach-led, and built around functional movements performed at the right intensity for you.

    Every session is different, every session is scalable, and every session is designed to make you fitter, stronger and more capable.

    This is where most members begin and where most keep coming back.

  • ENGINE: Conditioning without the barbell.

    Engine is a barbell-free class built to improve your fitness, boost recovery and develop movement through cardio, bodyweight work and light weights. It's easy to follow, scalable for all levels, and leaves you with that sweaty-but-accomplished feeling every time.

    A great entry point if you're new, or a strong complement to CrossFit if you're already training.

  • GYMNASTICS: Bodyweight skills that carry over into everything.

    Our gymnastics classes follow a monthly theme with structured progressions, so you're always building on something, never just showing up and hoping for the best.

    You'll develop strength, control, balance and flexibility, whether you're working towards your first pull-up or linking together bar muscle-ups.

    Open to all levels.

  • OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING: Technique first, strength follows.

    These sessions break the snatch, clean and jerk into clear, manageable steps so you can lift with better form, more confidence and greater consistency.

    Open to complete beginners and experienced lifters alike, Olympic Weightlifting is the perfect complement to your CrossFit training and a direct route to hitting new personal bests.

  • ENDURANCE: Build the engine for everything else.

    A 90-minute class combining running, rowing, cycling and functional movements, built around our methodology to develop stamina, speed and the ability to perform under fatigue.

    Perfect if you want the best of both worlds: strength and endurance, but Shapesmiths style.

  • FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING: Move well, look good & feel better.

    Functional bodybuilding combines functional movements with proven bodybuilding techniques to build strength, improve motor control and develop muscle, with a focus on quality movement and controlled tempo.

    It's the perfect complement to CrossFit and a great way to build a strong, capable body that performs as well as it looks.

  • THROWDOWN Every Saturday: 90 minutes team classs

    Throwdown gives dedicated time to the more advanced elements of CrossFit in a format that's challenging, social and genuinely fun.

    Expect gymnastics, weightlifting, partner work and synchronised movements.

  • YOGA: Balance your training & recover better.

    Running Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, our yoga classes blend Yin and Vinyasa styles to improve mobility, recovery and mental focus.

    Ideal for members looking to prevent injury and boost performance, beginners building flexibility, or anyone who wants to balance strength training with something calmer.

    All levels welcome.

    CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS

    CrossFit Kids & Teens teaches movement, teamwork and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

    It's a brilliant option for young people who aren't drawn to traditional sports, giving them an outlet to move, challenge themselves and find something they're genuinely good at.
