How we use your data

When you provide your details via our forms, we use them only to:

• Manage your trial bookings or memberships.
• Improve our services and communication.

Data sharing

We will never sell your information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers, such as Wodify, Zapier (which passes website enquiries to Wodify) or payment processors, solely to deliver our services.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to see how people find and use this site, and the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tools to measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries. These set cookies on your device. Nothing is set unless you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Without that permission we still store a few small things your browser needs: your cookie choice itself, and, if you arrive from one of our adverts, the advert's reference, which we keep with your enquiry so we know which adverts work.
