Flo started CrossFit®️ with us at Shapesmiths in 2019 and has since gone on to coach CrossFit®️, Gymnastics and Weightlifting to help people to become their stronger selves. She has competed at the Asian CrossFit®️ Semifinals 3 years in a row and won English Weightlifting and UK Streetlifting Championships in 2024.
