Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Activation Period:

• The gift card must be activated within 3 months of the purchase date.

1. Class Usage:

   • Once activated, the gift card provides access to 4 classes at CrossFit® Shapesmiths, which must be used within 30 days from the activation date.

2. How to Activate:

   • To activate the gift card, the recipient must message the Shapesmiths Business WhatsApp with their full name and the name of the purchaser. This enables us to create their profile and allocate the classes.

   • Once activated, recipients can book their classes via the system.

3. Non-Transferable:

   • This gift card is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual named during activation.

4. Non-Refundable:

   • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

5. Booking and Attendance:

   • Bookings are subject to class timetable availability.

   • Classes missed without cancellation (as per our gym’s standard cancellation policy) will count as used and will be subject to Shapesmiths Fitness Ltd No Show policy.

6. Expiry:

   • Unused classes cannot be carried forward or refunded once the 30-day period has expired.

7. Additional Costs:

   • Any additional classes beyond the 4 included in this gift card must be purchased separately.

8. Changes to Terms:

   • Shapesmiths Fitness Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

9. Force Majeure

   • Shapesmiths Fitness Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services or fulfill obligations related to the gift card due to events beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events that prevent normal operations.
